"My birthing my way at My Birth place "

My Birthplace Mum Lakshmi Lavanya shares her birth story on how with right birth practices, right team and good support, she had a birthing exactly the way she wanted it to be "On an unforgettable early evening of Ganesh Chaturthi ( 10th September 2021), I gave birth to my little Ganesha exactly the way I wanted it to be.

I had the most satisfying and rewarding childbirthing experience because I was allowed to exercise six healthy birthing practices

• I was educated about each and every step during my labor.Proper guidance and education on every stage gave me the adequate mental strength for labor.
• I was always given choices, My feelings & intuitions were always respected.
• Enough choice & Knowledge gave me the freedom to make a decision for myself.
• At no point any decision was forced on me, it was I who felt like driving the whole process.
• I had a prior birthing plan in place which allowed me to have my loved ones around, during labor.
• Even though I was exhausted every now and then , My birth partner's words of encouragement kept me fully motivated.

All these allowed me to deliver my little one normally without any major medical intervention, I really wish that every woman on earth should experience birthing the way they wanted it be,and to make that happen, I have already started refering my friends & circles to My birth place at NA hospital
